Approximately 2,000 palm trees will be planted as part of the oasis in the desert theme. The development is also the first to utilize a storm water draining system in the region. Apart from providing fresh drinking water to each property, the Developer provides semi-purified water to each property on the development to encourage vegetation and plant life. Considering the fragile environment of the Namib Desert and its abundance of unique plant, marine and bird life, a thorough environment impact assessment found the development to be environmentally friendly.
