Approximately 2,000 palm trees will be planted as part of the oasis in the desert theme. The development is also the first to utilize a storm water draining system in the region. Apart from providing fresh drinking water to each property, the Developer provides semi-purified water to each property on the development to encourage vegetation and plant life.
